With their online IOP for youth ages 9-29, they bring together mental health professionals, educators, and families around one evidence-based framework - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and practical skill-building to give young people tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience, balance, and confidence.
