Our family emergency shelter offers 11 units for families with children. Case management services are key in helping families find permanent housing for their family and in connecting people to resources for themselves and for their children. Special Requirements: Available for Manchester residents. First-time pantry visitors please bring a current photo ID and proof of residence in Manchester. Proof of residence can be a piece of mail, vehicle registration, online bill, etc.

Food distribution to families and individuals in need every Saturday beginning at 9:30am. Start lining up for a ticket at around 9:00am, start going through the line at 10:00am. The line moves quickly and they are usually done between 11:00 and 11:30am. During bad weather, anticipate an earlier start time.

Friends of Aine is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to provide bereavement support services to grieving children and families. Borne out of the tragic loss of Aine Marie Phillips (pronounced Ahn-ya) at age 8, and the recognition that bereavement services for Aineβs surviving 5-year-old sister, Bella, were sadly scarce, parents David and Christine set out to fill this void. Friends of Aine was developed to create an enduring legacy for Aine that embodies her spirit and character by helping children and their families who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
For those that have experienced a significant loss, Friends of Aine offers the Good Grief program, bereavement support tailored to children, teens and adults. Grief services are provided by trained professionals who understand the trauma and immense suffering they are going through.
