Granite Edvance (formerly the New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation, or the NHHEAF Network) has been helping New Hampshire families plan and pay for higher education for over 60 years. We’re a capable and trusted provider of student loan products. And we provide students, families, and schools with expertise and support on all parts of college and career planning. We are laser-focused on one thing – helping you, the students and families of New Hampshire. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means our earnings are reinvested in New Hampshire. Granite Edvance is fully committed to serving the students and families of our state. We’re here to help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Offers Co-ed, sober living, group and individual therapy as well as job assistance.

Peer support for addicts seeking to recover. The Granite State and Seacoast Areas of NA in New Hampshire host 79 meetings each week in Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern parts of NH, as well as a few in Northern Massachusetts, and Southern most Maine. Western NH (Lebanon, White River Jct.) and Southern Western (Keene) NH locations are not included as they are considered part of the Green Mountain Area of NA in Vermont. Social support is also offered through low-cost and free events.

Until there is equity, we stand in the gap and provide assistance through information, advocacy, education, support, and transition services. Personalized care solutions for independent living, increased access and opportunities, and improving financial self sufficiency. GSIL can tailor an employment solution for you. For more than 30 years, GSIL has been making local quality job placements for people who receive Social Security Disability benefits or have a disability in NH. Job coaching, interview training, and assistance filling out applications (among other services) available.

Granite State Market Match doubles SNAP/EBT benefits for fruits and vegetables at
participating famer’s markets, farm stands, and CSAs. Double Up Food Bucks gives 50% off fresh fruits and vegetables at participating retail locations. These programs help households purchase more fresh fruits and vegetables all while supporting local farmers. Granite State Market Match and Double Up Food Bucks can both be used to purchase or receive a discount on fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, seeds, and seedlings.

As a leader in preventative health care, The Granite YMCA offers a broad range of research-based Health Intervention Programs that target specific health issues. Available programs include diabetes prevention, diabetes self-management, LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA for cancer survivors, blood pressure self-monitoring, arthritis management, mental wellness, weight loss for youth and adults & more.

After-school, day, and summer programs for youth, teen leadership programs, and fitness across the lifespan. Fees vary between programs, and financial aid available. Additional locations include Manchester, Londonderry, Concord, Stafford County, and the Seacoast.

Hampstead Hospital and Residential Treatment Facility is an accredited specialty hospital in the State of New Hampshire.
