Support community for those who have a brain injury or mental health diagnosis, skill building, connection, groups, shared meals, resources and events

Statewide network coordinated by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), with nine regional hubs ensuring timely access to screening, evaluation, treatment options, and ongoing recovery support. Elliot Health System will assume operations of the Greater Manchester location, bringing clinical strength and community partnerships to the role.

The mission of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is to enforce the controlled substances laws and regulations of the United States and bring to the criminal and civil justice system of the United States, or any other competent jurisdiction, those organizations and principal members of organizations, involved in the growing, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances appearing in or destined for illicit traffic in the United States; and to recommend and support non-enforcement programs aimed at reducing the availability of illicit controlled substances on the domestic and international markets.

Emergency financial assistance for any Service Member engaged in the NH Deployment Cycle Support Program and/or his or her family in conjunction with a comprehensive plan for self-sufficiency. Additional services include employment counseling, mental health services, employment support, and substance abuse services.

All Youth Count (AYC) is a public-private partnership between Easterseals NH, New Hampshire Division of Youth and Families, and private sector partners that helps foster care youth and those who have recently left foster care aged 14 to 26. The program assists them in leading successful, independent lives. Through a combination of supportive employment, vocational mentorship, and independent lives. Through a combination of supportive employment, vocational mentorship, and individualized support, AYC helps at-risk youth overcome barriers to independence and stability.

Easterseals NH Camp SnoMo welcomes youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities, providing accommodations so young people can focus on fun, friendship, and feeling great about what they can do. We also offer a week for individuals over 21 years old. Our residential camp keeps children safe and healthy with a low camper-to-staff ratio and around-the-clock supervision to help each camper enjoy their adventure. Campers participate in water sports, hiking, archery, first aid, riflery, adaptive horseback riding, ecology, STEAM, blacksmithing, zip lines, ropes course, Scout merit badges, woodworking, leatherworking, and performing arts.

Easterseals NH Community-Based Services supports adults with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injuries through Community Participation Services, Residential Services, and Clinical Services. Serving over 200 individuals statewide, Easterseals NH has established partnerships with community stakeholders to provide meaningful opportunities for individuals to pursue their goals and interests while acquiring new skills and abilities. We place a high value on ensuring we offer services in integrated settings that include paid work, volunteer work, and recreational activities.

Easterseals NH In-Home Care & Health Services is available to meet you or your loved one where you are — in your home, with as much or as little support as you desire. Our staff assists with medical and non-medical services, including medication management, health and wellness checks, light housekeeping, errand running, laundry, meal preparation, bathing, and personal care assistance.

Easterseals NH Transportation Services provides door-to-door transportation with passenger assistance available for older adults who are frail and isolated, as well as individuals with disabilities, allowing them to gain greater independence and stay involved in their communities. Easterseals NH provides a safety net of critical case management and emergency financial assistance to meet the unexpected needs of service members, veterans, and their families. Additional services include employment counseling and support, mental health and disability services, financial management, transportation, housing stabilization, legal assistance, and substance abuse services.

Easterseals NH Youth Transitional Services (YTS) is a holistic program that helps Granite State high school students with disabilities prepare to transition from high school to adult living. We work with educators, families, community organizations, and businesses to support youth in developing daily living skills and preparing for life after school with resources like employer visits, informational interviews, volunteering, work-based learning, customized employment, and work-site instruction and assessment.

At Elliot, the comprehensive behavioral healthcare services include inpatient and outpatient services. To best serve the needs of patients, Elliot offers integrated behavioral health services at several Elliot primary care locations. Psychotherapy services are available independent of or in conjunction with other treatment modalities, to provide an integral treatment approach to most problems. Medication evaluation and management services are designed to treat each individual patient’s potential need and ability to benefit from medication intervention in biologically based conditions that provide an effective, yet less intrusive treatment approach.

Elliot Health System is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in southern New Hampshire. Its flagship service, Elliot Hospital, is a not-for-profit, 296-bed acute care facility located in Manchester, New Hampshire. Elliot Health System is also home to Manchester’s designated Level II Regional Trauma Center, several urgent care centers and outpatient facilities, the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in southern New Hampshire, Elliot Physician Network, Elliot Specialists, the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care, Elliot Senior Health Center, Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire, Elliot 1-Day Surgery Center, Elliot at River’s Edge, Elliot Pediatrics and the Mary & John Elliot Charitable Foundation.

The Elliot Pharmacy at Rivers Edge provides a year-round Rx disposal site within the building. If you have unneeded prescription medication, you can safely and securely dispose of it here!
