This past Sunday, team members Janelle and Ashley This past Sunday, team members Janelle and Ashley hosted the “Wellness At Work Workshop” at Hope For NH Recovery’s Occupational Wellness Day!🤩 The workshop focused on providing techniques for gauging and maintaining mental wellbeing while handling occupational demands, as well as self-care methods that can help to manage mental health. 🩺🧠 Thank you Hope for including us in this important initiative and for Makin’ Wellness Happen in our community!💙
