Makin’ It Happen took part in the Hope for New Hampshire Rally4Recovery which takes place annually in September during National Recovery Month. National Recovery Month celebrates the over 22 million Americans living in recovery.

This year’s event took place in Veteran’s Park on a beautiful September day. The rally had many speakers with lived experience as well as performances from various artists. Makin’ It Happen distributed over 100 ‘swag bags’ which included Deterra Bags which allow for the safe disposal of unused, unwanted, and expired prescription drugs at home. Additionally, we offered Rally participants more information about our Harm Reduction Strategy

Makin’ It Happen joined many of our partners in setting up an informational booth at the event. Check out some pictures of a few of the organizations represented at the event.
