For our November YW&PC spotlight, we decided to hi For our November YW&PC spotlight, we decided to highlight @dbt4u, an online mental health IOP with programming for ages 9-29! 💡

The mission of DBT for You is to help New England develop a shared language for understanding and addressing the youth mental health crisis. With their online IOP for youth ages 9-29, they bring together mental health professionals, educators, and families around one evidence-based framework - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and practical skill-building to give young people tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience, balance, and confidence.
