Camp Mariposa is a year-round addiction prevention and mentoring program for youth affected by the substance misuse of a family member.

Youth ages 9-12 and 13-17 attend weekend camps six times a year.

Camps offer fun, traditional camp activities combined with education and support sessions.

All program activities are offered to families free of charge!​

Formerly Southern New Hampshire Services Commodity Supplemental Food Program and Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program. Provides nutritious food resources to income-eligible adults 60 years of age or older to supplement participants’ monthly nutritional needs. Packages include items such as dry beans, cheese, juices, dry milk, cereals, rice or pasta, canned fruits and vegetables and meats. Pick up pre-packages once a month from resource centers, including Manchester and Nashua, at one of our satellite sites, or residents of participating housing communities may pick up from that housing delivery drop-site.

Community Action Partnership Hillsborough & Rockingham Counties (CAPHR) Women, Infants, & Children (WIC). The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and nutritious foods to help keep pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children up to age 5 healthy and strong, making sure families have what they need to live a healthy life.

Services: Personalized mobile food pantry program providing and delivering free groceries to eligible neighbors in need. Delivery only on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of New Hampshire is a nonprofit that recruits, trains, and supports community volunteers to serve as advocates for children throughout the state who have experienced abuse or neglect. CASA volunteer advocates get to know a child and the important people in that child’s life to provide vital information to help a judge make decisions based on the best interests of the child.

Behavioral Health Services at CMC is an adult outpatient program that assists in patient medication evaluation; symptom management and skill development. Our program offers a range of high-quality, specialized behavioral and substance misuse services emphasizing support to patients and families while ensuring a high level of confidentiality and privacy. We offer board-certified psychiatrists/APRNs; licensed therapists/substance abuse counselors who can evaluate and treat behavioral health/substance misuse issues.

A program to provide addiction treatment and recovery services to pregnant women in the greater Manchester area. The Roots for Recovery program is open to qualified, pregnant women with substance use disorders.

The program’s foundation is a safe space that welcomes anyone who enters, no matter their path to get there. All youth attending the Center for New Americans are given appropriate transportation, a snack, and the ability to learn and grow. We also strive to build a more cohesive community in Manchester, and often host family dinner nights and other cultural celebrations for the community we serve.

The Elliot’s Center for Recovery Management at Manchester (CRMM) is an office-based outpatient clinic providing comprehensive substance use disorder treatment for all substances including alcohol. We take a holistic, evidence-based approach to recovery. Our new, comfortable location brings together all of Elliot’s substance use disorder and addiction recovery services under one roof, providing comprehensive services and patient-centered care. Our multidisciplinary team, which includes medical providers, mental health counselors, recovery coaches, and case managers, offers a range of care options including:

• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – use of prescription medications in combination with counseling for the treatment of substance use disorders
• Individual, group, and family counseling
• Recovery coaching and peer support services
• Medical evaluation and addiction stabilization care
