Please follow the link below to read about the funding cuts made to Continuum Of Care Facilitators’ vital work in our communities of NH.

In partnership with the Manchester Department of Health, Makin’ It Happen and others, the Greater Manchester Region will continue the work of the CoC despite these challenges. We wholeheartedly echo the words of our partner Timothy Soucy, public health director at the Manchester Health Department, as he notes in the following article:

“…the work done by COC facilitator Jenny O’Higgins “has been extremely valuable” in Manchester. He said it proved especially critical when the state placed Serenity Place in receivership due to financial troubles.”

Jenny continues to be an invaluable member of the team at MIH, and we applaud all of her accomplishments and perseverance!
