The Manchester Drop-in Center is a safe and non-judgmental space for young people who have left home, feel unsafe at home, are coach surfing, or are experiencing literal homelessness. This space is designed for youth and young adults ages 12 through 25, who are at risk of experiencing or are experiencing housing instability. It is also a designated Regional Access Point (RAP) providing one-stop access to vital systems and supportive services for youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness.

CAPHR provides local management of the low-income weatherization assistance programs supported by both the NH Department of Energy and the State’s regulated electric and gas utilities. Provides a professional home energy audit to assess the opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades while protecting health and safety. Energy conservation measures can include air sealing, increased insulation, tightening of windows and doors, replacement of inefficient home appliances, and repair or replacement of failing heating system components. Eligibility is determined by income with preference for households with elderly residents, disabled residents, children under the age of 19, and those experiencing a high energy burden. Workplace Success provides participants in the NH Employment Program (NHEP) with the skills, knowledge, experience, and support needed to obtain paid employment. NHEP offers career counseling, increased employability, job skills and paid on the job training for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) eligible adults only.
