Workplace Success provides participants in the NH Employment Program (NHEP) with the skills, knowledge, experience, and support needed to obtain paid employment. NHEP offers career counseling, increased employability, job skills and paid on the job training for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) eligible adults only.

WorkReadyNH is a practical, tuition-free professional skills training program that builds the skills that help employees succeed in the workforce, and that NH employers highly desire. This program was developed through discussions with NH employers with the goal of strengthening our workforce. The skills employers value most in current and potential employees are: Professional soft skills, including effective communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, problem solving, and decision making and Foundational essential skills, including how to read and use workplace documents, interpret graphical material, and apply mathematical reasoning.

Granite State Organizing Project, New Hampshire’s largest faith-based, grass-roots, community organization, seeks to strengthen communities, empowering them to find their voice and effect change.
