Last night, staff members from Makin’ It Happen attended the annual National Night Out events at Manchester and for the first time, Hooksett. In total, we provided a FREE hydration stations and distributed over 200 full sized water bottles!
We had so much fun connecting with community members and partners, while viewing amazing demonstrations/activities from both police departments! These included a taser demonstration, an activity for youth to learn a police drill, meeting one of the Manchester Police Horses, and the annual Hooksett Police Department vs. Hooksett Fire Department Tug-Of-War … the fire department won!
