Here are a couple things that stand out to us in this data:
- New Hampshire’s suicide rate is higher than the national average. 
- 54% of suicides in New Hampshire involved a firearm.
- 15,067 calls were made to New Hampshire’s 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in 2025.

Knowing the signs, starting the conversation, and knowing where to turn for help can make a difference. If you or someone you know is struggling, you’re not alone. Call or text 988 for free, confidential support, 24/7.
