We kicked off season 2 of our special segment Connection Conversations with a powerful conversation about homelessness in Manchester. Erica Diamond and Owen Love joined us to break down the Manchester Continuum of Care, the Point-in-Time Count, and what these efforts mean for our community.
Erica Diamond serves as the Vice Chair of The Manchester Continuum of Care and is the Vice President of Impact and Strategy at Families in Transition. Owen Love is the Homelessness Initiatives Coordinator for the City of Manchester and has been spearheading the efforts surrounding the Point in Time (PIT) Count this year.
