SHIFT provides culturally competent mental health and wellness services, including training, peer support oversight, and annual wellness consultations. Through mindfulness and somatic-based practices, Shift helps individuals and teams reduce stress, prevent burnout, and build resilience. As a member of the Southern NH CISM Team, SHIFT provides clinical support and education following critical incidents to promote recovery and resilience within the first responder community.

UpReach Therapeutic Center, Inc. improves lives by partnering with the horse’s power. Specialized programs include equine-assisted learning and equine-facilitated mental health programs, which involve working with horses from the ground to promote personal growth and self-discovery in an experimental environment. A variety of equine-assisted learning curriculum is available, focusing on resiliency, trauma, compassion fatigue, leadership, and more. Additional mounted programs include therapeutic riding, carriage driving, and hippotherapy. For more information about each program offered, check out our website. Insurance: Hippotherapy, equine-facilitated mental health, and some equine-assisted learning programs are billable to insurance.

Willows Treatment Center offers substance use treatment services, including outpatient and
intensive outpatient services by licensed counselors and therapists.

YouthWell supports our community as a funding source for existing programs, services and new initiatives that impact youth mental health in New Hampshire. Additionally, YouthWell will partner with and assist organizations to help make their mission a reality. We add our voices as advocates for effective and sustainable solutions to improve the mental health and well-being of our young people.
