Resource Navigator Map Connects You with Vital Services

In collaboration with Manchester’s Health Department and Homelessness Initiatives, Makin’ It Happen recently created a Manchester Resource Navigator Map. This was designed to help connect you to vital resources and services available in Manchester, such as food pantries, shelters, treatment centers, and more.
