Makin’ It Happen is partnering with Goodwill AmeriCorps Serves to be a Granite State Service Corps site!
The Granite State Service Corps places AmeriCorps members in New Hampshire schools and nonprofits, where they serve at-risk youth (ages 10-21) who have been impacted by Adverse Childhood Experiences, such as the foster care system, the opioid crisis, and/or child abuse. Members serve the “whole child,” focusing their efforts on building resiliency and increasing childhood protective factors. Members gain experience in education, youth services, community engagement, and social work.
