Amoskeag Health provides comprehensive integrated primary health care for pediatrics, adolescents, and adults; nutrition counseling; prenatal and birthing care, family support programs; and behavioral and mental health services in a culturally sensitive setting. As a mission-driven non-profit, Amoskeag Health accepts most insurance, Medicaid, and serves everyone regardless of ability to pay. At each adult, adolescent, and pediatric visit, we ask questions that address your family’s well-being and access to food, housing, and other necessities. We then can provide immediate connections to counseling and local support services through on-site case managers and social workers. We have strong partnerships with the Manchester School District and provide mental health counseling in middle and high schools, in addition to school-based healthcare with a provider located at some of the elementary schools.
