This past Sunday, team members Janelle and Ashley hosted the “Wellness At Work Workshop” at Hope For NH Recovery’s Occupational Wellness Day!🤩 The workshop focused on providing techniques for gauging and maintaining mental wellbeing while handling occupational demands, as well as self-care methods that can help to manage mental health. 🩺🧠 Thank you Hope for including us in this important initiative and for Makin’ Wellness Happen in our community!💙

Last week, team members Janelle, Ashley, and Kay traveled to Washington D.C. to attend the Anti-Stigma Institute hosted by the @addictionpolicyforum ! They trained as facilitators for two powerful programs, Responding to Addiction and enCompass, both designed to help reduce common stigmas surrounding addiction. While they had a lot of fun during the program, they also were able to explore the area and see some of the amazing monuments! Swipe to see some snapshots of the fun they had! A big thank you to the Addiction Policy Forum for their dedication to creating such meaningful resources. We’re excited to bring these impactful trainings to the Greater Manchester Region! #makinithappen
