The Elliot’s Center for Recovery Management at Manchester (CRMM) is an office-based outpatient clinic providing comprehensive substance use disorder treatment for all substances including alcohol. We take a holistic, evidence-based approach to recovery. Our new, comfortable location brings together all of Elliot’s substance use disorder and addiction recovery services under one roof, providing comprehensive services and patient-centered care. Our multidisciplinary team, which includes medical providers, mental health counselors, recovery coaches, and case managers, offers a range of care options including:
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – use of prescription medications in combination with counseling for the treatment of substance use disorders
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Recovery coaching and peer support services
- Medical evaluation and addiction stabilization care

We help individuals develop the goals, skills and confidence needed to transition successfully into post-secondary education or training and the world of work.
